Barcelona will open its doors next 1st to 5th October to those participating in the 30th annual meeting organized by the European Association For Cardio-Thoracic Surgery.
Founded in 1986, today the association has over 3,000 members including surgeons, cardiologists, anaesthetists, perfusionists and health professionals; its purpose is to promote “specialist teaching” in the field of cardio-thoracic-vascular surgery, at the same time disseminating the results of the most advanced research on therapeutic innovation. EACTS also plays an important educational/informative role through publication in internationally recognized, authoritative journals.
